• Dues for the 2023-2024 season are the following:

  • Full-year 6-12th grade VRC: $550 per student  (registration deadline 5/15/23)

  • Partial-year 6th-8th grade VEX IQ: $350 per student (registration deadline 10/4/23)

  • Partial-year 3rd-5th grade VEX IQ: $350 per student (registration deadline 10/4/23)

  • Membership fees can be divided into monthly installments.  Details available at checkout

    • There is a sibling/multi-child discount of $50 per student after the first on the same registration for children residing in the same household.

    • Thanks to our very generous BrandywineBOTS community and other donations we will NEVER lose an interested child due to a financial concern or inability to pay the club dues! IF YOU REQUIRE FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION - please email Chris@BrandywineBOTS.org.

• The full-year BrandywineBOTS season is a significant commitment - we meet and build 12-months per year. The minimum expectation is that students attend their assigned weekly team build time which is every Wednesday from 6-8PM.

• BrandywineBOTS is open to all students who will be in 3rd-12th grade during the 2023-2024 school year. Capacity for each season is determined by both available build space AND the number of parents/adults who volunteer to be team mentors.  Registrations are accepted in order until our initial capacity is reached - at which point a waitlist is started.  Once final capacity is determined, additional students may be invited off of the waitlist - in the order they were added.

• By registering to join BrandywineBOTS you are accepting the policies within the BrandywineBOTS Student + Parent Handbook - and acknowledge that you have reviewed it together as a family.
